Additionally, the spacious living room has a sleeper sofa, so plenty of room to stretch out, relax and easily sleeps 8. The kitchen offers everything for cooking a family meal and the formal dining room has a large table which seats 8. Enjoy the charming vintage bathroom while taking a soak in the claw foot tub. Whether you stay a weekend or more the laundry room has a wash sink, washer and dryer for you to use. The exterior deck has a gas grill, outdoor table and chairs. You can go fishing and enjoy our fire pit right on the river front or sit on the deck with a drink while watching the barges go by. This property is conveniently located on the main road in LeClaire Iowa and within walking distance of many restaurants, shops, distilleries, bars and a grocery store right across the street.     We loved it! We live in Sterling and needed a change of pace for St Patrick's Day weekend. It was perfect! The local restaurants were awesome, and when we did venture farther, it was cozy to come home to. Thank you so much!!!

    This place was the perfect Air B and B. Just as described and pictured. Well stocked kitchen, clean, roomy, and the view of the river was great. We came to sit around, eat, talk, and shop. It exceeded our expectations. Very cute shops with very friendly storekeepers. Hopefully one or all of us will be back when we can enjoy the deck and firepit. Thanks for your great hospitality.

    Such a cute home! The furnishing and decor were beautiful. We were with-in walking distance to the downtown area which was helpful. We hope to return when the weather is warmer to take advance of the wonderful deck and fire pit!
